Onigiri are Japanese rice balls. A humble but cherished comfort food you’ll find in kitchens all across Japan. Soft, warm rice is gently shaped by hand and wrapped with a strip of nori (seaweed). You can choose from salmon, tuna, grilled meat, or even plain with a touch of sea salt.

At Komugi, every onigiri is crafted entirely by hand, without the use of automatic rice ball machines. Each one is made with love, using only all-natural ingredients and rice that we bring directly from Japan.
